By accessing our website, submitting a form, requesting a quote, booking an appointment, purchasing products or services, or opting in to our text messaging program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website, submit a request, or enrol in our text messaging program.

Boston Home Solutions is a division of Boston Import & Distribution Corp, operating a home improvement showroom at 30 Revere Beach Pkwy, Ste 2, Revere, MA 02151, serving Boston, Revere, and Greater Boston. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Boston Home Solutions.

You may use this website for lawful purposes only, to learn about our products and services and to contact us about a project. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, or use a phone number or email address you are not authorised to use.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts, or administrative areas.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the website, or use automated tools to scrape or overload it.
• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, malicious, or that you do not have the right to share.
• Use the website or our contact forms to send unsolicited advertising.

We may suspend or refuse service, remove content, or block access if these terms are breached.

Product descriptions, images, specifications, and prices shown on this website are for general information. Colours, finishes, grain, and stone patterns vary between production runs and can appear different on screen than in person. We recommend viewing samples in our showroom before ordering.

Prices and availability may change without notice and are not an offer to sell. Any figure shown on this website — including budget or ROI estimates produced by our planning tools — is indicative only. A binding price is set only in a written quote issued by us.

Submitting a form on this website is a request, not a confirmed appointment, order, or contract. We will contact you to confirm details. Written quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote, and are based on the information and measurements available at the time. Changes in scope, site conditions, or material selections may change the price, and we will confirm any change with you before proceeding.

Installation is carried out by approved, independent installers and licensed contractors whom we coordinate on your behalf. Scheduling estimates are made in good faith but may be affected by product lead times, site conditions, permits, and weather. Workmanship and product warranties are provided as set out in your written quote, invoice, and the applicable manufacturer warranty documents.

Our AI Visualizer produces illustrative renderings to help you picture a finished space. Renderings are conceptual only: they are not measured drawings, they do not guarantee product availability, colour accuracy, fit, or final appearance, and they do not constitute a design, engineering, or construction document. Always confirm materials against physical samples and confirm dimensions with a measured survey.

By uploading an image you confirm you have the right to do so and grant us permission to process that image to generate your visualisation.

We provide general guidance about financing options for home improvement projects. We are not a lender, broker, or financial adviser, and nothing on this website is an offer of credit or a commitment to lend. Any financing is provided by third-party lenders, subject to their approval, rates, and terms, and governed by their own agreements and privacy policies.

These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the Boston Home Solutions text messaging program. By opting in, you agree to these terms.

How you opt in

You are enrolled only when you give us express consent. You can do that by:

• Ticking the SMS consent checkbox on a form on this website and submitting it.
• Giving us your mobile number and consent verbally, in writing, or in person at our showroom.
• Sending a text message to our business number first, which enrols you for a conversational reply.

Types of messages you may receive

Depending on the consent you gave, you may receive the following types of messages from Boston Home Solutions:

Appointment & scheduling messages

Confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling notices for showroom appointments, consultations, and in-home measurements.

Quote & request follow-up

Replies to a quote or contact request you submitted, questions needed to prepare your estimate, and follow-up on an estimate we sent you.

Order, delivery & installation updates

Order status, product arrival and delivery windows, installer scheduling, and project progress updates.

Customer care replies

Two-way conversational support when you text our business line or ask us a question.

Promotional & marketing messages

Sales, seasonal offers, new product arrivals, and showroom events. These are sent only if you separately opt in to promotional messages, and you can opt out of them at any time.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive depends on how you interact with us — for example, on whether you have an active quote, order, or installation in progress. Service and conversational messages are sent as needed. If you opt in to promotional messages, you can expect no more than approximately four (4) marketing messages per month.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Boston Home Solutions does not charge you for text messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you for messages sent and received, depending on your plan. Please check with your carrier if you are unsure.

How to opt out — reply STOP

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. We also accept END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and QUIT. After you send one of these, we will send a single confirmation message and then stop sending text messages to that number. If you opted in to more than one type of message, replying STOP removes you from all of them.

If you want to rejoin later, opt in again using any of the methods above, and we will resume sending messages. You may also opt out by calling us at 781-810-4747 or emailing info@bostonhomesolutions.com.

Carriers and delivery

Our text messaging program is supported by major mobile carriers in the United States. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your carrier and to network availability, and we cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered.

Eligibility and your responsibilities

• You must be 18 or older and be the account holder of, or authorised user of, the mobile number you provide.
• You must provide a mobile number you control. Do not enrol someone else's number.
• Tell us promptly if your mobile number changes or is deactivated, so we do not message a number that is no longer yours.
• Supported handsets and messaging plans are required; not all devices support all message types.

Privacy of your mobile information

The content of this website — including text, layout, graphics, logos, photographs, and the Boston Home Solutions name and marks — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Our total liability arising from your use of the website is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for the product or service giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or from your use of this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page and post the updated terms here. Your continued use of the website, or your continued participation in our text messaging program, after an update means you accept the revised terms.
